Signpost is a trading name of Love Cozy Rooms Ltd, is the data controller for the personal information you provide to Signpost. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 10929115, with our registered office at 59 to 61 Charlotte Street, St Pauls Square, Birmingham, West Midlands, England, B3 1PX. We handle personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
Account information such as your name, email address and the type of user you are. Profile and enquiry details you choose to provide, which for residents may include the area you are looking in and the support you need, and for providers includes organisation and listing information. Technical information such as device and usage data that helps us keep the platform secure and working. We only ask for what we need to run the service.
Special category data
Because Signpost is about supported housing, the information you share in an enquiry may reveal sensitive details, for example about your health or your circumstances. You choose what to include. Where you provide this, we process it to pass your enquiry to the provider you selected and to operate the service, and we treat it with extra care.

To provide the service and perform our agreement with you, including creating your account and passing your enquiry to a provider.
